Go Green Leaders

Go Green Leaders
Incorporating Japanese Leadership Traits into future developing company leaders for the 21st century
2-Week Intensive ( FEBRUARY 2017 | OCTOBER 2017 )

In the modern global environment, leaders who are unable to embrace green concepts are unlikely to achieve sustainable success. This extensive 2-week program has been designed for middle and senior managers to introduce the latest management and leadership techniques, with a distinct green flavor.

The program will cover topics such as sustainable growth, living up to corporate values, cross-cultural communication, Japanese leadership characteristics, decision making, creativity and innovation and problem solving. All sessions will be practical, interactive, and supplemented by industry visits to observe best practices. Trainees will have a chance to meet with influential leaders and to participate in outdoor activities with the help of Japanese and global consultants.

The goal of the training is to gain a better understanding of the best Japanese and global business practices with a view to helping leaders build sustainable development for their organizations.
